I’m a proud Texas native, born and raised in San Antonio, and a proud military spouse. As an active-duty Army family, we’ve lived all across the U.S., completing eight moves in just 15 years. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face when relocating, and they sparked my passion for helping others find a place that truly feels like home.
With a background in education and advanced degrees in the field, I’ve always been passionate about guiding and empowering others. I bring that same approach to real estate, taking the time to educate my clients on every part of buying or selling, from timelines and financing to market trends and strategies for getting top dollar.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping dozens of families through their real estate journeys. Whether you’re buying, selling, relocating or looking for a rental, I offer personal support tailored to your needs. I’m especially proud to serve many military families, and I’m highly experienced with the VA loan process and PCS moves.
My business is built on trust, integrity and exceptional service. I believe in clear, consistent communication, and I remain a resource long after closing. It’s an honor to be part of such an important milestone in my clients’ lives, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My mission is to give every family a smooth, informed and successful real estate experience.
What working with me looks like
- Clear, consistent communication from first call to closing day, and after.
- Education at every step: timelines, financing, market trends and pricing strategy in plain English.
- Military moves: PCS timelines, VA loans and buying or selling from a distance.
- Local knowledge: I grew up here and know the neighborhoods and nearby cities.
A San Antonio Realtor who has made the move herself
Eight moves taught me what matters when you’re relocating: a realistic timeline, honest answers about each part of town, and someone who picks up the phone. When you get orders to Joint Base San Antonio, I can help you compare areas near JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Randolph or Camp Bullis, and plan your search around your report date. If you’re using your VA benefit, my VA home loan guide explains how VA-backed loans from private lenders work.
Buying from far away? I’ve helped clients house hunt, schedule inspections and close from hundreds of miles away. One client wrote that being in a military family myself gave her “peace of mind knowing the ins and outs of military benefits.” You can read her full review and others on my testimonials page.
